Melvin Mathews is the Maritime Director at Eniram, he has a background as Master Mariner, he has worked as a ship manager and now he is in the tech world.

There are so many wise things that Mathew is sharing with us, he speaks about leadership, the need for new, visionary leadership within the shipping industry. He has noticed the new perspective that the Millenials and the Gen Z:s are bringing to our industry and he speculates a little bit what that will look like for the future.

And he is a fan of me (wow!) and appreciates social media and thinks that we need to learn and understand how to use it to our benefit.

I couldn’t have said it better myself.

Listen and share with the world!

    Hello,

I listen podacst its really interesting and passionating to see where Maritime Indsutry is trending with future challenges.

I have an idea if podcast can assosicated with a certain topic and industry peer’s can evaluate the developments in a form of small group to have a concluded discussion of shaping modern shipping dynamics in new era of technology and traditional seamanship to lead the profitable shipping business in trade.

    Regards,

    Capt.Zeeshan Fareed
