Danae D. Bezantakou is the Managing Director of Navigator Shipping Consultants and a member of WISTA Hellas. She is a member of several leadership programmes and she has started the Open Mind Group for mentoring young people within the shipping industry. 

Danae is passionate about shipping – she wouldn’t change it for anything in the world and yet she is troubled over the lack of young people choosing a maritime career.
