Meet Captain Kate McCue, currently Captain of the CELEBRITY EQUINOX and a role model for many young people in the world.

Captain Kate was the first American woman in command of a “mega” cruise ship, which happened in 2015 but listen to her story about how she applied to work in the bar onboard when she first tried out to be a seafarer as she didn’t get hired otherwise. 19 years later she is the Captain of the ship and today she is in command of 1,200+ people onboard her cruise ship.
